If you are charged with any criminal offense in the State of Indiana you need and deserve seasoned and experienced counsel.  Alan Ladd has devoted his entire legal career to defending people accused of crimes in Indiana.  He has been engaged in the private practice of law since his graduation from the Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 1981.  As a former part time public defender, Mr. Ladd was death penalty defense qualified and has represented clients charged with crimes ranging from Murder to less serious felony charges such as Robbery, Burglary and all Drug Charges.  He is a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the American Legion.  He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Florida.  His professional memberships include the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Indianapolis Bar Association, where he formerly served as Chair of the executive committee of the Criminal Justice Section .  He has also been a speaker for continuing legal education programs presented by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum and the Indianapolis Bar Association, teaching in the areas of Search and Seizure and Traffic Law.  If you would like to speak to Alan about potential representation, please contact us.
